SARS-CoV-2 S1 (RBD) Mutant Bundle - 5x 100µg

Several fast-spreading SARS-CoV-2 virus variants have emerged due to various mutations with the most important being located in the Spike S1 RBD protein domain. These mutations are dangerous as they result in a significant higher transmissibility of the SARS-CoV-2 virus compared to the original wildtype virus and may also have a dramatic impact on the efficacy of existing vaccines.

WHO has published a list with specific SARS-CoV-2 Variants of Interest (VOIs) and Variants of Concern (VOCs) in order to prioritise global monitoring and research, and ultimately to inform the ongoing response to the COVID-19 pandemic.  

We offer a bundle of the four Variants of Concern (SARS-CoV-2 S1 (RBD) Alpha, B.1.1.7 (UK), GFP/His-Tag, SARS-CoV-2 S1 (RBD) Beta, B.1.351 (South Africa), GFP/His-Tag, SARS-CoV-2 S1 (RBD) Gamma, P.1 (Brazil), GFP/His-Tag, SARS-CoV-2 S1 (RBD) Delta B.1.617.2 (India), GFP/His-Tag) and one Variant of Interest (SARS-CoV-2 S1 (RBD) Epsilon, B.1.427/B.1.429 (California/USA), GFP/His-Tag).
